"Comes the Dawn" is a beautiful poem. It came my way in the early '90s from a dear friend following a heartbreak and still holds such a wonderful meaning. It resonates profound lessons of life and love and beautifully distinguishes between the superficial gestures of affection and the complex realities of sharing life with another. The poem emphasizes that love is not about possession or superficial measures of security, but about understanding, acceptance, and personal growth.

Since April 2000, I’ve had the privilege of guiding individuals and groups through Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, both in-person and remotely.

My classes are a blend of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, all designed to foster a holistic mind-body connection.

In addition to my yoga practice, I’m a Licensed Spiritual Healer, Aroma Freedom Practitioner, Certified Angel Energy Healer, and Reiki Master.
