My first yoga experience began at 14 years old through an adult education program with my mother.
I explored meditation in 1995 and practiced both on and off until 1997, when my therapist recommended yoga more consistently for stress relief and healing.
In the fall of 1999, I joined a Yoga Teacher Training at Soma Yoga Center in Highland Park, NJ, directed by Bobbie Ellis and Stephanie Pappas. Since then, I’ve studied with many respected teachers including Erich Schiffman, Donna Farhi, Rod Stryker, and Jillian Pransky.
Yoga and all of its layers have remained a foundational part of my personal healing journey ever since. Over time, my work expanded beyond yoga to include mindfulness, meditation, restorative wellness practices, and aroma-based support, creating a more holistic approach to helping women restore balance and well-being.
Rooted in over 26 years of yoga and restorative wellness practices, my work blends therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mindfulness, meditation, and aroma-based practices to create experiences that nurture a deeper connection to body, mind, and overall well-being.
Sessions are thoughtfully designed to calm your nervous system, ease tension, and support restoration—helping you cultivate greater balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of vitality.
I offer private sessions, small group experiences, retreats, and workplace wellness workshops that create meaningful space for rest, renewal, and reconnection.
I’m registered with Yoga Alliance as an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and hold certifications in Soma Yoga (700-hour), Yoga Nidra, Radiant Child Yoga Level 2, Heart and Soul Work for Children, and Karma Kids Yoga. I am also a Licensed Spiritual Healer, Certified Aroma Freedom Technique Practitioner, Certified Angel Energy Healer, and Reiki Master.
Additional certifications include YogaRhythmics®, Magnified Healing®, Thai-Yoga Bodywork, Reflexology (Ingham Method), Raindrop Technique®, and Natural Foods Chef.
I’m a lifelong student—continually learning, growing, and deepening my work through ongoing study, mentorship, and personal practice.
Outside of my work, I love the ocean, walking in the woods, and spending time in nature. You’ll often find me out for a morning walk, taking in the quiet and grounding energy of the day.
If you're ready to slow down, reconnect, and restore balance, you're in the right place.
I look forward to connecting with you.
