Through the deeply calming practices of Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra, enhanced with the soothing support of essential oils, you'll create space to release stress, quiet a busy mind, and replenish what daily life has depleted.
This gentle experience invites you to slow down and tune in. We'll begin with a seasonal reflection to help you reconnect with what matters most and explore simple ways to create more balance and ease throughout the summer months.
From there, you'll be guided through supported restorative yoga postures, followed by a deeply restful Yoga Nidra practice designed to nourish your body, mind, and energy.
