Join us for Yoga By the Sea at Sandy Hook Beach, Lot D, for a peaceful evening by the ocean. Enjoy the beautiful sunset, the rising moon, and the calming flow of yoga, surrounded by a wonderful community.
It's the perfect setting to relax, connect, and unwind in nature's embrace.
Upcoming Dates:
Tuesdays: August 12, 26 September TBD
Email me hereto confirm your participation so I can keep you updated.
We'll gather between 6:00 - 6:30pm.Walk down the blue path near the restrooms for our meet-up spot. Sometimes there is a boat on the sand.
At about 6:30ish we'll begin by tuning into the space of the ocean, and our breath, and experience a short yoga practice and meditation. All this is accompanied by our lovely Young Living Essential Oils to enhance your mood, energy and overall experience.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day it's $20 per vehicle before 6:00pmand free to enter after 6:00pm.
Below are some guidelines:
You do not need to bring your yoga mat unless you prefer to have one. We will practice directly with our feet on the sand.
You can bring a blanket for a seated meditation or if you prefer to lie down in savasana.
Dress in layers as the temperature can shift by the ocean. Sometimes it can get pretty windy.
You may bring a light dinner and/or snacks and water, however, you need to carry out your trash.
