Energy Alignment is a calming experience designed for women who need space to breathe, reset, and feel supported. Through a blend of Reiki, Angel Energy Healing, intuitive guidance, and aroma-based practices, these sessions help restore emotional and energetic balance.

I offer private sessions, small group experiences, retreats, and workplace wellness workshops that create meaningful space for rest, renewal, and reconnection.
