We'll gather between 6:00 and 6:30pm.Walk down the blue path near the restrooms to find our meet-up spot. Sometimes there is a boat on the sand.
We'll begin at 6:45pm by tuning into the ocean, our breath, and the present moment as we enjoy a short yoga practice and meditation. This experience is accompanied by lovely Young Living Essential Oils to enhance your mood, energy, and overall experience.
Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, it's $20 per vehicle before 6:00pmand free to enter after 6:00pm.
Below are some guidelines:
You do not need to bring your yoga mat unless you prefer to have one. We will practice directly with our feet on the sand.
You can bring a blanket for a seated meditation or if you prefer to lie down in savasana.
Dress in layers as the temperature can shift by the ocean. Sometimes it can get pretty windy.
You may bring a light dinner and/or snacks and water, however, you need to carry out your trash.
