Yoga Nidra is a simple inviting Guided Meditation and Deep Relaxation Practice to bring you a deep sense of Peace and Tranquility. It's an effective healing practice for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Yoga Nidra means “dynamic yogic sleep”. The state of consciousness where we are in deep “sleep” or deep rest, yet remain awake, aware, and attentive.
It is one of the deepest forms of meditation and a profound relaxation process to lead our awareness through all levels of being towards a state of complete serenity and wholeness.
By practicing Yoga Nidra on a consistent and regular basis you can discover your True Essence.

As a result of the accident I was suffering from very strong headaches and spent night after night without being able to sleep. My doctor prescribed very strong sleeping pills but they were not working.
