Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a simple inviting meditation practice to bring you a deep sense of Peace and Tranquility.  The intention of Yoga Nidra is towards wholeness.

By practicing Yoga Nidra on a consistent and regular basis you can discover your True Essence. It is an effective  tool to heal, release or inhibit various physical and emotional  diseases including stress, pain, cardiovascular, and psychosomatic  conditions.

Yoga Nidra means “dynamic yogic sleep”. The state of consciousness where we are in deep “sleep” or deep rest, yet remain awake, aware and attentive. 

It is one of the deepest forms of meditation and a profound relaxation process  to lead our awareness through all levels of being or koshas from the  gross to the subtle layers or sheaths, including physical, energetic,  mental, emotional, intuitive and spiritual, towards a state of complete  serenity and wholeness.
