Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a simple inviting Guided Meditation and Deep Relaxation Practice  to bring you a deep sense of Peace and Tranquility.  It's an effective healing practice for the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. 

Yoga Nidra means “dynamic yogic sleep”. The state of consciousness where we are in deep “sleep” or deep rest, yet remain awake, aware, and attentive. 

It is one of the deepest forms of meditation and a profound relaxation process  to lead our awareness through all levels of being towards a state of complete serenity and wholeness.

By practicing Yoga Nidra on a consistent and regular basis you can discover your True Essence.

"If Yoga Nidra was a place where I could live, I will move in right now!  In 2009 I had an accident where I suffered a head injury.  As a result  of the accident I was suffering from very strong headaches and spent  night after night without being able to sleep. My doctor prescribed very  strong sleeping pills but they were not working. 

Its been several years now since I discovered yoga with  Adrianne and I can say that her classes, especially Yoga Nidra has  brought me back to be a much happier relaxed version of myself.  I have not taken any sleeping pills since.

Adrianne Rowe is a gifted teacher and expert at teaching her clients how to center themselves.

She is a Certified Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500), a Licensed Spiritual Healer (LSH), a Certified Reflexologist, and Certified Aroma Freedom Practitioner.

Adrianne helps Busy People and Caregivers who feel burned out, exhausted, and overwhelmed to become rejuvenated.

Yoga, Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils, and eating Radiant Food are her passions.

Adrianne loves the ocean, walking in the woods, and crocheting. She currently lives in Central New Jersey with her husband and teenage son.
