In-Studio and Virtual Group Yoga

How to get started

Make your selection below by clicking the REGISTER button. Choose a CIRCLED date from the Calendar. Enter your info. Please insure you enter a correct email address.


In-Studio Yoga

Limited to 2 attendees per class. Pre-registration required to ensure proper distancing at 6 feet. You may change or cancel registration up to 12 hours prior to class start time. You'll receive a confirmation email and reminder email 1, hour prior to class start time. Plan to arrive a few min early to get situated.


Virtual Yoga

Download Zoom to your phone or computer, if needed. You may change or cancel registration up to 12 hours prior to class start time. You'll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom Access Link and reminder email 1, hour prior to class start time.  Enter Zoom Session at least 5 minutes early to get situated.

Investment: $12 / class or $55 / 5 classes (1 -2x week )* .

 By registering for any session or event, you agree to voluntarily participate in yoga, wellness, or healing sessions with Violet Petals Yoga OASIS LLC. 

You release Violet Petals Yoga OASIS LLC and it's owner, Adrianne M. Rowe, from liability for any injury while participating in any session. 

Please  consult your healthcare provider and obtain full medical clearance  before practicing yoga or any other exercise program. 

​Report any  restrictive physical disorder to Adrianne M. Rowe prior to each session.

Slow Flow Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga

This  is a Gentle to Moderate Flow Yoga practice  with Breath Awareness, and  Deep Relaxation.

Builds on strength and balance.

Suitable for ALL Levels - Beginner to  Experienced yoga practitioners.   


All sessions end with Yoga Nidra.

 No experience necessary!   

Restorative Yoga

In-studio / Virtual Yoga

Slow Flow Yoga

This  is a nourishing and meditative yoga practice designed for you to release stress and tension with ease and flow. 


Enhances your immunity and  well-being. 

You'll receive simple practical Self-care tips to  support peace and calm daily.  


 All sessions end with Yoga Nidra 

No experience necessary!
