So how is the weather by you today? If you are local to Metuchen, NJ then you too are experiencing this cold damp rainy day. Not my favorite. Today we are blessed with a bright Full Moon in our horizon. Even under the clouds today you can find it radiating clear white vibrant energy. Full Moons are about purification. A perfect time to cleanse, release and purge all that no longer serves you.

What can you let go of today?

Now that Halloween is over and the holidays are fast approaching, do you find yourself in a panic, busying yourself or rushing around as you prepare and plan for the upcoming holiday season?

You can receive the right balance and flow without rushing and without hurry. I promise. Read on below for 3 simple ways.

Step 1 – Breathe in SLOW, Breathe out DEEP

Step 2 – Breathe in QUIET, Breathe out CALM

Step 3 – Repeat Steps 1 & 2 until you feel Calm, Clear and Connected

It is really that simple.

Any time during the day when you find yourself go into a panic mode, busying yourself or rushing around, all you need to do is come back to the Breath.

My invitation for you is to notice your breathing each time you go through a doorway, open or close a door or pass through a different room. Then say to yourself:

Where is my breath? And Remember to Just Breathe. Breathe in Slow, Breathe out Deep, Breathe in Quiet, Breathe out Calm, and continue…

Continue until you feel connected and relaxed within. No need to hurry. No need to rush. Trust everything will always work out the way it is supposed to.

You see, your breathe is what connects you to yourself and your body, and when you connect to your body this is when you feel calm, centered and grounded within.
