What really matters to you?


Making time for solitude is an essential ingredient to know what really matters to you.

By turning down the volume to listen to the voice of your heart connects you deeper to your inner knowing.

How else will you know what really matters to you?

My invitation for you is to set some time today and everyday without distractions.

Place your hand to your heart, close your eyes, bring your feet to the earth and take 3 long deep breaths. Ask a question and trust what is revealed to you is your inner knowing.
