Seeking to Balance?

Ah … finally, it feels like Spring! Actually more like Summer where I am. Moving into the warmer weather is the perfect time to bring simple practices into place, to Balance, as your energy continues to open and morph into the changing seasons.

The same happens when you’re seeking to find a balance within. There is a bit of touch and go, a high and low period, one step forward and three steps back.

If so, then I invite you to make time daily to Just Be and Breathe. Remove your shoes, loosen any tight clothing, and bring your feet to the earth. Breathe deeply in through the nose and release through the nose. Do this for several breaths and several times throughout your day. All it takes is a few moments to return to your center.
