The OASIS Small Group Yoga Program is an extraordinary yoga experience. You’ll receive Personal attention, Individual support, and Inspiration NOT just Group Instruction.

The OASIS Small Group Yoga Program is Personally Designed to assist you to release your overwhelm, worry and stress so you can feel more peaceful, happy, and relaxed with all of your daily commitments and interactions with others.

It is a Sacred Journey to bring you more Time and Energy, and feel Grounded, Calm and Clear.

Tuesday – Small Group Yoga

7:00 – 8:00pm | Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra  is a simple inviting Guided Meditation and Deep Relaxation practice to bring you a deep sense of Peace, Clarity and Tranquility. The intention of Yoga Nidra is towards wholeness. Each practice completes with 5 – 10 minutes of Seated Meditation or Energy Balance.

8:05 – 9:05pm | All Level Sattva OASIS Yoga
Sattva (SUT Vah) translates as “the quality of being pure, calm and clear, creating a state of balance”. This is a gentle to moderate practice of Hatha Yoga Movement (asana) and Breath Awareness (pranayama), suitable for all levels.

Adrianne’s gentle and calm teaching style quickly helped me shift my focus from the physical aspects of yoga. What is Yoga?

Translated from Sanskrit, yoga means “yuj”, or to yoke, join or bring union to the mind, body and spirit.

An ancient science developed in India over 5,000 years ago, the physical aspect (asanas) was formed as a tool to soften and release stress in the body and to bring stillness to the mind as a preparation for meditation. Stillness in the mind is harmony in action to create a sense of overall peace, joy and wellness.

Consistent and regular practice of the yoga offers numerous therapeutic health benefits. On the physical level some benefits may include: increasing inner strength, tone, flexibility in the body and mobility in the joints, regulating digestion, releasing stress and anxiety, improving concentration and mental clarity, increasing lung capacity, encouraging healthy immune system, alleviating pain in the body, massaging of all the internal organs, glands and cells, balancing cholesterol, blood sugar and blood pressure levels.
