Hello! I’m Adrianne and delighted you landed here. I’m a Yoga Teacher, Essential Oils Specialist, and an Aroma Freedom Practitioner.

I offer sessions to individuals and groups in yoga, meditation, and essential oils education as well as, mini-retreats with restorative yoga and yoga Nidra.

I specialize in teaching Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation, to create a holistic mind-body connection through combining breath with movement and meditation. 

As an essential oils specialist, I educate individuals on how to incorporate the wondrous benefits of essential oils and oil-enhanced products to elevate their wellness and lifestyle. 

Through aroma freedom, I help individuals, balance their emotions, and pursue dreams and goals. 
PERSONAL YOGA

Personal Yoga sessions are customized with you and for you based on your specific needs and desires. 

Your customized Personal Yoga sessions will include practices to assist you with any of the following yoga foundational teachings: Slow Flow, Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Meditation. Essential oils may be included to enhance and deepen your experience.

Your sessions are scheduled weekly or every other week in person, or by Zoom.

ESSENTIAL OIL EDUCATION

Essential oils are concentrated liquids extracted from plants, herbs, and trees. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for cosmetic purposes, as well as their spiritual and emotional uplifting properties.

They are either steam distilled or cold pressed to create very potent plant essences far more powerful than the botanicals from which they were extracted. 

Essential Oils have numerous physical and emotional benefits, and can be used aromatically, topically, and sometimes even ingested.

When you inhale Essential Oils the aroma instantly sends a message to the amygdala part of your brain, known as the limbic system to process emotions. Sometimes this is called the emotional brain. This leads to improvements in the overall physical health as all of our emotions are stored in our cellular memory.

Essential Oils support your overall wellness and well-being, maintain healthy body systems, promote relaxation, amplify your intentions, help to uplift your mood and energy and motivate you.  

Essential Oils make an excellent companion to yoga and meditation. When used in your yoga practice, essential oils help to open up your lungs and respiratory as part of your pranayama, relax more deeply in svanasana, cool your body down when you get heated from your practice, soothe your muscles after practice, and assist in balancing your chakras.
