  • Cultivate Gratitude & Compassion
  • Keep It Simply Supple
  • Strive for realistic deadlines rather than over schedule
  • Keep your house picked up
  • Eat consciously and in silence at least once or more a week, preferably one meal a day
  • For optimum energy, go to bed early to rise early for Sadhana
  • If you do not love it, release it
  • Surrender the temptation to check email, text and FB, the first and last thing of your day
  • Remember to Just Breathe, Deeply and Often
