All it takes is 5 minutes a day. Light a candle, lie down, or sit on the floor or in a chair. Feel the presence of the earth and your breathe.

Place a drop of Stress Away Essential Oil in your palm, rub together and JUST BREATHE.

Feel the opening and closing of your breathe deep inside the core of your belly.

Breathe fully and deeply.

Listen to the silence and the stillness within.
